Banquet Setup/Server (Part time)
The incumbent is responsible for setting up the Conference Center according to BEO (Banquet Event Order) specifications. Individual to provide excellent customer service and work closely with guests, Center Sales, the Food and Beverage and other Center departments.
Bartender – Concessions (Part time)
This position is responsible for preparing and selling alcoholic beverages and concession items before performances, during intermissions and at times, at post performance events.
Concessions (Part time)
This position is responsible for the sale of concession items before performances and during intermissions.
Front of House Coordinator (Part time)
Employee provides exceptional customer service for patrons during Center-related events. Responsible for front-of-house (FOH) paid Head Ushers and volunteer ushers in theaters, outdoor events, etc., and is responsible for responding to special requests from patrons. Assists Theater Sales Manager with paperwork and clerical duties.
Head Usher (Part time)
Responsible for front–of–house volunteer ushers in the Concert Hall and Center Theater and responds to special requests from patrons.
Stage
Technician Intern (Part time)
Under the direction of the Technical Director or his/her designated Supervisor, the CCAE Stage Technician Intern learns how to work all of the technical aspects of theatrical performances, concerts, and other events.
Ticket Sales Representative (Part time)
Perform customer service duties related to the sale of tickets for the California Center for the Arts, Escondido and provide information about Center events to the general public.
