Holidays
Full
time employees are eligible to receive 10 scheduled holidays each
Calendar year. Employees working a 4-day workweek
schedule will be allowed to use the Friday before a Monday holiday as
their holiday or they have two weeks immediately following the Monday
holiday to take the holiday time off.

Vacation
All
full time employees begin to accrue two weeks of vacation on their
first day of employment and accrue an
additional week per year after completing three and six years of
employment.

Sick
Days
Full
time employees accrue forty sick hours per
year on their first day of full-time employment.

Training
and Development Programs
The
Center launched its Customer Service Training Program in October of
2003. It was presented in
tandem with Diversity Training, geared to enhance staff’s awareness
regarding the unique differences of our employees and patrons and to
offer staff the skills to provide exceptional customer service.
