Broadway Theatre Arts Academy proudly presents the classic L. Frank Baum story of The Wizard of Oz. This show marks the 50th production staged by BTAA since its inception in 2002. BTAA was formed specifically to fill the need of providing the arts in the form of children’s theatre to students ages 5-19. BTAA programs provide children and teens a safe place to grow and explore. Our programs are designed to foster creativity, install confidence, and build self-esteem.

Holiday Tree Lighting and Winter Wonderland

Please be our guest for a magical evening of holiday celebrations. This annual event has become a Center favorite and a holiday tradition for families in North County and beyond.� See the Center sparkle with dancing lights as patrons enjoy seasonal music and Victorian Carolers, a special visit from the man up north, a spectacular light show, and everyone’s favorite � real snow! Kids will enjoy free art activities, costumed entertainers and free treats at this family-friendly event that is sure to get everyone in the holiday spirit.

17th Annual Holiday Concert

Revel in the holiday spirit with the glorious sounds of brass, wind and percussion at this annual concert. The Coastal Communities Concert Band donates all proceeds to Meals-on-Wheels Greater San Diego, Inc. which has raised more than $150,000.

Elves and the Shoemaker

Laugh and cheer when two merry elves arrive at a small village in the Black Forest to discover a poor shoemaker who clearly needs assistance. Their cleverness saves the shoemaker from a bleak and unhappy holiday in this California Theater Center classic!

O Magnum Mysterium
